    Don't see your charger?

If your OCPP 1.6J and OCPP 2.0.1 charger isn't listed, reach out with the model and firmware version. We'll help assess compatibility before you deploy it.

    01

    Set your OCPP endpoint

In your charger's admin panel or web interface, enter the JPlug OCPP WebSocket URL. You'll find this in your JPlug dashboard under Settings → Charger Connection.

    02

    Set the charge point identity

Give your charger a unique charge point ID (e.g. your-site-name-01). This is how JPlug identifies the charger in your dashboard. Use something memorable — you can change it later.

    03

    Reboot and confirm

Save settings and reboot the charger. Within 30 seconds, it should appear as online in your JPlug dashboard. From there, all remote features are immediately available.
